Editing

The editing sequence in this shot was used to trim the production company as it was originally too long and showed both Warner Bros and New Line Cinema, but we cut Warner Bros and used one singular company.

I used the storyboard to reorganise the shots into the order we planned and experimented with different effects to make the opening look more like a horror. I altered the colour of the shots as a lower saturation meant the shots looked colder and fit the genre. I added different effects such as CCTV to mak the shot look like it was sled on a CCTV camera however this did not look very successful as it did not match the other shots.

I added a grainy/static effect as a transition between two shots to make it look like there is an interference in the video. 

I detached the audio from the clips and deleted it so there was no grainy sound or voices in our final opening.  This will make our music and sound effects more audible.
