Glowing Pictures title

• My Production Company title is called 'Glowing Pictures'. The title is of glowing embers of a fire crossed with a subtle sound of the wind blowing which gradually gets louder to build suspense, giving the impression of a horror genre. I downloaded the sound off the internet from a free MP3 downloader.
• The close up shot of the burning embers is my own camera work which I used by making a fire. I think it worked well because fire connotes to evil, also emphasising that the genre of our opening is horror which gives the impression that our opening is of evil spiritual presences which adds to the horror/possession genre. The editing side of the clip has been used to fade to black, suggesting that there is no awakening from evil, and that black gives the impression of eternal depression.  The sound has worked well with editing because once the screen goes black the non-diegetic sounds become louder and more daunting, also giving the impression that black parallels with endless depression and evil. 
• The typography of the title was one of the weak spots because its a fundamental font with little editing involved as iMovie made it complicated to import a jpeg file from a site where I originally downloaded a font. However, the use of red also gives the impression of evil but the font of the title is basic but similar to other fonts used by horrors, such as 'Insidious' which is why I used a basic font as it exploits the stereotype and therefore signifies that the production company title is representing a horror as it links to other films of a similar industry.
