Deconstruction of Existing Production Companies

Lionsgate
Lionsgate is a production company founded in 1997. It produces and distributes foreign and independent films with 5 subsidiary companies. It's highest grossing films of all time include The Huger Games, Twilight: Breaking Dawn, The Day After Tomorrow and Divergent.
They also distributed all films in the SAW franchise.

This production company's horror introduction would suit our film as it is a largely popular distribution and production company and the aesthetics of the clip fit the genre dues to the colours and sounds.

Warner Bros.

Warner Bros. have distributed/produced many popular films such as The Dark Knight, Gravity, The Hobbit and The Harry Potter franchise which is currently the fourth highest grossing film of all time. They also distributed the third highest grossing horror film of all time; The Exorcist.

Warner Bros would fit our film as they are a popular company who has produced many successful films. Their company intro for the horror genre is dark in black and white. A lot of our opening is dark and has a low saturation so would go well with this theme,

Blumhouse Productions
Blumhouse Productions produces low budget genre films and distributed them through larger distribution companies such as Paramount pictures (Paranormal Activity)

(0:28-end)

This intro is quite long however its fits the genre. The company works by producing low budget films then working with larger distribution companies in order to make films more popular. The introduction seems quite supernatural due to the green glow however it fits our genre of horror.
Ghost House Pictures
Ghost House Pictures have produces a number of popular films including The Grudge and The Possession.

The intro suits our genre and similarly to Blumhouse, seems supernatural however their previous productions are not supernatural and  it still seems dark and the sound also fits the Horror genre.
