- On the 13th January I edited part of our blog, where we see the doll
- swinging from a rope.
- When I edited it I added a flash between the doll hanging still and the doll swinging.
- I carefully then edited it to make it appear to be going from being still to swinging in a fluid motion by snipping pieces of film from the beginning and then replaying and snipping more if needed.
- I also slowed the swinging doll down so that it appeared less jerky in motion
- On the 9th February I added the first idea of music that I'd created to the film.
- This was to ensure that main points in it fitted with the actual footage as the music was recorded at home
- Having uploaded it I then found the point at which I had aimed for it to begin on the first clip of the time lapse on the front of the house and from here hoped the other ideas in it would link to their own ideas, which luckily they did
- Having uploaded and sorted out the placement of the music I then removed the sound from the individual clips so they would not interfere
- I achieved this by unlinking the sound from the clips and moving the frequency bar down so it was inaudible.
- On the 13th February I added the new section of music which I had created after being given ideas for improvement
- Because the sounds used originally were not compatible with the computers at school, the glockenspiel and orchestral kit sounds do not sound as intended , this meant I had to add the new sound as an individual piece of audio
- I found on the sequence where the sound was linked to and then dropped it in
- I discovered the sound was also very loud compared to the original music so I decreased the volume so it blends in well
